Currently 38 days in doing 16:8 and I’m down about 17 pounds from 240 lbs.
I do pretty well during the week, but I typically gain back a portion of what I lost during the weekend because I’m at home and I snack more (only during my window though). I drink a good bit of black coffee and sparkling water, but I figured it would be good to introduce some tea into the mix to potentially curb some cravings. I’m not familiar with tea at all though, what are your favorites and what kinds should I try?
If you’re a teabag person my personal favourite are some of the herbal teas made by the company loyd. It is my understanding that they do contain artificial flavours though. Loose leaf you can’t go wrong with green tea and a bit of whatever you want to flavour it with
I just tried this really great cinnamon tea, if you like cinnamon, it is a strong spicy cinnamon black tea and has a sweetness without adding anything. It’s called Harney & Sons Hot Cinnamon Sunset tea. I think it’s glorious but gotta be a fan of cinnamon!
I drink probably 6-7 cups of tea a day, really helps me get through. Big fan of rooibos, chai rooibos, chaga, roastaroma, and mint. Also all Purika teas are lovely, not sure if they’re all fasting friendly though
