Answer

drink water and get busy with something physical. Drink a glass of water then wipe off the counters of your kitchen, not a full on cleaning mind you, just a small chore to distract from the physical feeling of hunger.

Answer

I remind myself that hunger means I’m burning fat! And also remind myself that it’s ok to be hungry. It’s not the end of the world. It’s such a mental game so basically I do a lot of self talk. After about 15 min the hunger subsides.

Answer

I like warm water with some pink salt in it, or coffee, and distraction is huge. If I am busy or not home, I’m good for hours longer. I also try to elongate my fasts, because if I eat on the early end, my body seems to give me hunger pangs earlier the next day. I strive for 19-20 hours, so I’m talking about if I eat at 18-19… the next day it’s a lot harder to get to 19-20.

Answer

I find water and hot drinks work well and then DISTRACTION - call a friend, go for a walk, have a long bath, read a book, video games, Tik Tok. I would say it gets much easier over time as you get used to it.

Answer

Water with lemon squeeze. Also in the AM when waking I take 300mg of alpha lipoic acid. It works if you do not have problems with low sugar. Also stay away from that if you are diabetic.

ALA helps me keep fasting through the morning. I do 16 hours of 8 hours of eating time.
