I’ve read around, I want personal opinions. Some say yes it breaks, some say no. Talking about the flavored ones that have 10 calories because they have to list some kind of citric acid. Some say only 2 carbs so it doesn’t break it.
When it comes to autophagy specifically, what are your thoughts?
I can’t answer your questions, but $45 for about $2 worth of electrolytes is not a good deal..
Edit: Actually I did the math, it is $1.26 of material (purchasable from walmart) to match the same electrolyte content of 30 packets of LMNT.
