1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon NoSalt
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
2 Tablespoons Apple Cidar Vinegar
~ Liter of fizzy water
~ Squirt of no calorie flavoring
I shit alot less with this formula. If you chug it you will shit. But the fizzy water and vinegar make you less likely to chug it.
