I do kettlebell workouts for cardio and lift weights. When should I do my workouts if I plan to eat starting at 6pm each day?
I also do kettlebells and usually do my workout anywhere between 4-6 hours before I eat. Usually when I workout I am around 12-14 hours fasted. Typically I stick to a 16:8 fast schedule but when I do longer fasts it is usually not a lifting day.
