Second time fasting and low carb to lose weight. First time, when I stopped I immediately gained the weight. Id like to fast forever but I don’t want to stay low carb the rest of my life. How do you all maintain your goal weight while getting off of low carb? Love in advance ❤️
Realistically, if you go back to the way you ate before losing weight, you’ll gain the weight back. Maybe not all of it, but depending on how much you walk it back…
