As of now I’m fasting for 16-18 hours a day, depending on how much work I got to do. Do you all recommend fasting for let’s say 1 month and then not fast for 1 week or should these breaks be further apart or closer together? Let me know😊
I have been doing it for almost 4 years now. 2 years at a deficit and now 2 at maintenance. Once you have lost what you want the maintenance is easier because you are eating more. But if you want to lose weight it is just about consistency.
Been on IF for 3 years. I’ve done 16 to 22 hours fasted daily depending on my sched and have taken breaks (shortened my fasting to 12 hours) for the occassional social events or trips.
I haven’t done a long break. Maybe when I go on a long holiday I will.
