So far, 20-22 hour fasts feel great to me. I do want to try for longer, but can’t figure out when I’d need to suppliment electrolytes. Any info would be great!
I do 48hr fasts weekly, then I start electrolytes more or less directly. I have no scientific source but anecdotally I feel better on day 2 if I started with electrolytes on day 1.
For my regular 23hr fasts I usually dont supplement.
