What does progress mean to you? Given your size, if you’re in a calorie deficit you’ll generally start seeing some scale results right away, especially as you use up glycogen and let go of some extra water. As for changes in the mirror, 6 weeks is a number I’ve seen before and sounds about right from my own experience, but everyone is going to be a little different. Though certainly other progress can be felt before that, like clothes feeling looser.
Ultimately time is a factor here though. It took awhile for us to put that weight on, it’s also going to take time to take it off. Just have to be patient, keep putting in the work, and adjust as you go to reach your goals.
