When you started intermittent fasting, how much weight did you lose in the first month?

I restarted my Journey yesterday , 5’2’’ 29F 135 lbs and this is new weight as I broke my IF as I was struggling with depression. I am getting married in a month and all my clothes were stitched as per my old weight of 125 lbs. I take medication 2 times a day so I can’t do water fasts.

Current goal 135 lb to 125 lb Restarting this week - exercise 3 times a week yoga and weights mix + walking Current caloric intake - 700 - 900 calories per day Current water intake - 1.5l-2l

Answer

700-900 calories is too little. Especially if you’re already dealing with mental illness. That stark caloric intake can definitely lead towards negative body impacts and mental impacts, spelling eating disorder.

Plus too little intake can also hurt your weight loss goals. Wedding is important, but it’s one day of your life. You are a healthy weight and your happiness is much more important than a number on a scale.
