Where can I find the average body fat percentage based on height/weight /age?

Where can I find find out what the average body fat percentage for a person based on their age/bmi? I always hear that bmi isn’t 100% accurate but I want to know if there is a way to compare your body composition to the average person of the same height /weight /age?

The average person is overweight so any results will be skewered. You could use the US Army guideline for their height and weight requirements which have heavy protest, mostly from people who are overweight of the 1% who fail the standard because they are strong af. The majority are just overweight though
