Where can I take a look at different nutrition studies?

I see lots of people here using different studies/researches for proving their point, so I would like to know, is there any database online with lots of different studies?

Answer

I generally use google scholar.

Note that it an be hard to find studies; if you are looking for something specific, you could ask on /r/scientificnutrition. I *think* that sort of question is okay.

I always recommend Peter Attia’s “Studying Studies“ series to people want to do this. It will give you a great starting point.

Pubmed is a good start. I believe there’s a website with a list of supplements and all the studies published on each one. I have no idea what the name is.. Andrew Huberman talks about it in his podcast. Maybe someone can link?

You might also find useful information by adding site:.edu, site:.gov or site:.int to your searches. If you want to find a certain topic adressed in a specific website, you can specify further: site:who.int will give you webpages related to your search terms on World Health Organization’s website.
