Just starting to take my fasting more seriously after a couple of years of just skipping breakfast a few times a week. I follow a long with the posts here but one thing I have never seen is anyone my size.
I would love to hear the experiences of the larger mammals. I’m 40, 20 stone, lots of muscle mass from years of strength training but still 30% body fat, which is my target to lower.
Started at 336lbs (24 stones) on January 1, 2023. Did some 16:8, then 18:6, then 20:4, then OMAD, then a 48 hr, and I’m now on day 3 of my first 5 day fast. I’m down ~25lbs at the moment (though I haven’t lost a lb really so far this fast so we’ll see how the last two day go)
