I found this stuff: https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/35622/diet-rite-lite-salt 27.6 g potassium and 18.2 g sodium per 100 g lite salt. You won’t be able to use it directly in the snake juice recipe as written. You’ll have to do a bit of math to figure out how much of it to use to get the right amount of sodium and potassium.
Here’s my attempt at the math: To get 3 g potassium per day, you will need 3 g potassium / (27.6 g potassium/100 g lite salt) = 10.9 g lite salt. In turn, that will give you (18.2 g sodium / 100 g lite salt) * 10.9 g lite salt = 2 g sodium.
You’ll need to figure out how much table salt or baking soda to use to make up the rest of the sodium you need daily. Brush up on your chemistry-101 dimensional analysis!
