I have some knowledge of intermittent fasting/time restricted eating and am implementing that into my life. I have a few credits on audible and was wondering which book I should listen to first. The complete guide to fasting, or the obesity code. I plan on listening to them both just wondering which order. Thanks
I haven’t read the Complete Guide to Fasting. But once owned and read the book Obesity Code. I gifted it to a Supt. of an apartment I used to live in. The Supt. was suffering from Diabetes Type 2 and I overheard him complaining of symptoms of polyuria at night and could not sleep.
I can tell you The Obesity Code is a great read that Dr. Jason Fung compares with what is happening to eating trends now VS. a long time ago. From what I recall, the last 5 pages he teaches you how to intermittently fast and provides an intermittent fasting plan.
