Which broth has the most bang for its buck? Chicken, beef, veggies etc.
Grind up some chicken or beef liver and emulsify it into the broth.. Chicken or beef with bones and gelatinous cuts.. Veggies offer no minerals and no vitamins, only flavoring, nothing wrong with some basil, parsley, or thyme… Might as well boil some potatoes and carrots in there.
