On a bigger picture you are high carb low fat and low protein. I would say this is a diet that can allow you to live but you are missing your macronutrients protein and fat. Adding some lamb, beef, or other ruminant meat (goat, bison, elk etc), will add fat and protein to the carbs listed. Or even whole milk yogurt.

Compared with rainbow diets, you are going to be lower in overall antioxidants and vitamin c as colors in fruits especially darker blues and reds are a result of anthocyanins (antioxidant) in the food. Additionally, vitamin C is only in bananas at a very low low level, so a rainbow diet would probably include oranges and pineapple high in vitamin C.
