Which of these people are the “healthiest”

Having a discussion at work and I’m wondering which of these 3 people would you deem the healthiest just by their drink consumption? Person A. Drinks water all day and has a cup of oj with breakfast and 1 Red Bull every night. Person B. Drinks a little water but with every meal has some type of can of soda and has around 3 or 4 daily. Or person C. Who also drinks some water but drinks no soda but had around 3 or 4 cups of coffee a day with cream and sugar?

Answer

Depending how much sugar coffee person is using, A is probably healthiest, or C if they are very light with their sugar use. B is definitely last.

Red Bull is the “healthiest” (note “est” as a relative term) of the common mainstream energy drinks. I actually compared all of them before I started drinking that one semi-regularly (as a non-coffee drinker). It has the least sugar of all of them, though still about the same as a can of soda.

Answer

If their diets and health risks/conditions are equal, then C would be the healthiest out of them, followed by A, then B, but only because A is drinking the redbull late in the day, which would consistently affect their sleep quality. Otherwise I’d swap C and A if they were drinking the redbull in the middle of the day

Answer

Person 1 100% a small amount of juice a day is healthy and 1 redbull a day isnt going to counteract the health benefits of drinking enough water. Sounds like person B and C need to drink more water and need to cut down on coffee or soda.
