But I would really appreciate hearing personal experiences with weight loss while intermittent fasting —comparing lbs dropped while sticking to keto in your eating window vs eating carbs in your eating window.
I guess I wanted to hear if anyone had a big retrospective take, like if you did it all over again you definitely would have stuck with keto
OR
knowing what you know now, it wouldn’t have mattered as much what you ate as long as it was timed in the window
It depends on if the person is addicted to sugar and starch. If they are, then absolute abstinence (aka, keto/carnivore) is the best possible treatment.If they’re not addicted to sugar and starch, then they can just cut back the carbs a little bit and focus on eating whole food as much as possible
