Why would I have to change your mind. Why don’t you just do a few minutes of research and educate yourself
White rice isn’t bad but it’s been stripped of the majority of things that make it “complex”.
White rice is stripped of all of its nutrition. It’s not bad for you, but it’s empty calories, especially if you’re on a vegan or vegetarian diet and not getting vitamins found in meat. I personally eat white organic basmati rice because brown rice and wild rice taste horrible for me. I rather supplement the vitamins and fiber another way.
