Who CAN trust the fart?

I have no problem in this department but man, all the posts make me believe maybe something is up with my body in this area. Are there people out there that also have no problems whatsoever?

A little tmi: I actually get a bit bound up. After breaking, I have to slam the fiber to me and will have my first bm roughly 3 days out from the break. Leading into I’m always regular once a day then I stop eating and so does all of that

The only time I have problems is when breaking long fasts (4+ days).

But it’s because I break them with a bunch of food (still low carb though).

I know it’s gonna happen and just break my fasts on days where I’m not doing anything anyways.

I have heard of people that take too much electrolytes too fast can cause issues too.

If you’ve been fasting for 12 hours and you shit yourself then you might have to see a doctor
