Neither. Both persons are consuming a diet made up of mostly processed foods. To me and potentially others, a “whole foods” diet consists of whole grains, legumes, fruit, veg, lean meats, fish, and dairy in their least processed forms.

It’s a bit of an oxymoron to say someone’s eating a whole foods diet and at the same time is consuming mostly “high insulin foods”.
