Who is healthier?

1. Someone who beats 100% of daily macros and micros recommendations BUT through processed food and supplement 2. Someone who eats whole foods BUT doesn't beat the macros recommendation (high insulin foods and low protein)

Answer

Neither. Both persons are consuming a diet made up of mostly processed foods. To me and potentially others, a “whole foods” diet consists of whole grains, legumes, fruit, veg, lean meats, fish, and dairy in their least processed forms.

It’s a bit of an oxymoron to say someone’s eating a whole foods diet and at the same time is consuming mostly “high insulin foods”.
