Started a 16:8 fasting for a month, but on the second day the app (fasting tracker) gives me a 32h eating period stretching overnight and ending at tomorrow dinnertime. What’s the point? Am I allowed to eat during night, or is it somehow constructive to the fasting? Or should I just ignore it and continue with the normal 16:8 rhythm? There’s another long eating period coming up in couple of days.
That does sound like a glitch, but there are benefits to 32hr fasts, and some people use that for ADF, so they do rolling 32s and somehow make that work. 🤷♀️ If that’s not what you’re doing though, do what works for you and just stick with your plan. The app can’t make you do anything 🙂☮️
