Most people say you lose the most weight on them excluding extended fasting. Why is 72 ideal? Those who have done 72s, how fast was the weight loss?
From my understanding 48s take a huge leap in metabolism, hormone balance and production, especially when your body has finished digesting everything in its system … and fasting for 48 hours has shown to deplete glucose storage… jump starting ketosis… so the extra 24 hours of full on efficiency and if you’re “rolling” your fasts then your body never has the ability to restock storage.
