Cos many things affect how full you feel, like protein content of the meal, fat content, the physical presence of food in ur gut sending chemicals to the brain to signal sateity, having low GI carbs for sustained energy, seeing mcdonalds ads.. just eating walnuts doesn’t sound like a balanced meal though, not sure what you’re going for with that. Not being shady but I hope you’re not restricting your eating unhealthily.
