Why do nutrition labels subtract calories with the more servings you eat? (In the USA)

For example, a bag of Russel Stover Chocolate Candy Covered Peanuts mad with Stevia Extract has the servings as:

1 serving = 120 calories

2 servings = 230 calories

This is obviously incorrect math but there are many food products that do this. Does eating more actually cancel out calories or is this just some kind of terrible tactic to trick people into eating more than one serving?

Answer

They are allowed to round the calories to certain amounts.

One serving has 117 calories which is 120 when rounded to the nearest ten, but two servings would be 234 calories which is 230 when rounded to the nearest ten.
