It’s easier. No hunger pains, no keto flu, no worrying about mixing and balancing electrolyte salts.
Acid crisis occurs on day 3 of dry fasting vs day 7 of water fasting so you can also argue it’s 2x as time effective as water fasting.
I will say though I’m not certain it’s great for weight loss. Water fasting is probably better but I haven’t done that in years and only dry fast now so can’t say for sure. I made a post about this awhile back actually. Comments were split into 1/3rds. 1/3 agree, 1/3 disagree, 1/3 weren’t sure if it was good for weight loss. Kinda controversial around these parts I suppose.
I am about 95?lbs … I just need to build the the muscle I lost. I have been working our but I guess something is not allowing me to build muscle as fast as I wanted maybe is the intermittent fasting… any thoughts?
