Answer

I got this before my first couple dry fasts. Eating mostly berries and fruits or doing waterfast into dry fast solved it for me. I only needed to do 2-3 fasts with berries/water first to not have kidneypain without needing berries/water first.

Answer

Disclosure: I am not a doctor.

According to Dr.Filanov, this is caused by a condition called “renal colic”, which is brought on by eating the wrong foods before the dry fast.

It is said that a low-fat, vegetarian diet taken a couple of days before the dry fast will prevent this from happening.
