Does it always do that or just this one time of eating fast food?
Maybe you have an intolerance to a food, or something in the food. Fast food doesn’t necessarily have anything you couldn’t get anywhere else, it just has a lot of certain things
Also, sometimes food just makes you sick, people sometimes eat at nice restaurants and get sick if the food isn’t handled properly or doesn’t agree with them
