When you drink, you stimulate gastric juices, if you do that, you prevent your body from turning on its fat stores during a fast, preventing weight loss.
When you go dry, you force the body to use the water thats stored in fat. Which curiously enough, is 100% clean, cleaner than any water you can drink.
I’m torn as well…I’ve seen a lot of people say dry fasting is better for autophagy but my main goal is weightloss. I also see alot say that dry fasting is better for losing weight faster and not getting loose skin
