While your body is still growing, making it more difficult for your body to access the nutrition it needs for healthy growth can halt your growth or make it more likely to end up with a vitamin deficiency.

IF is a good way to lose weight largely because you skip meals and put less calories into your body. I wouldn’t recommend doing it at 15, but I’m just an internet stranger. It might be worth a conversation with a nutritionist or doctor before doing it.

You really don’t want deficiencies, and you don’t wanna end up short forever like me. (although mine was because of genetics lol).

I’m not giving medical advice by any means, but I remember I almost never ate breakfast in high school. Pretty much only ate lunch and dinner. I think teens naturally IF because they have to wake up so early. Idk how healthy it is to do this at your age, but I do think it’s fine to follow you body’s cues and not eat when you’re not hungry. If that means skipping breakfast, I don’t see how that would be so terrible if you’re eating well at lunch and dinner.
