Answer

100g of nori might be too much iodine, which could negatively impact thyroid function. It is, however, much lower in iodine than other seaweed varieties like wakame, so 10-20 grams should be okay, but I’d advise staying in the 5-15g range.

Answer

I have kelp & wakame in my pantry all the time. Kelp is amazing for umami flavor (don’t try and eat it though, it gets bitter if it’s boiled and will make everything gummy) and wakame adds deep salty flavor to things.

Answer

I eat seaweed all the time. Great snack and great addition to plenty of dishes for flavor and nutrients. It’s a go to replacement for chips for me. I usually don’t mention it to anyone in my life because they either already know they like it or they hate it. I live in a super white washed area and barely know anybody that eats outside of the very basic American foods
