I get the spam, it’s convenient with good macros.
Why Pickles? Depending on the brand, Pickles can have quite a few carbs in. as well as sugar in the juice Cole recommends drinking.
Spam is also very salty, why we adding more?
Dill pickles don’t (or shouldn’t) have sugar.
I don’t know why he recommends this, but try eating 1/3 can of spam with added fat and some pickles. You will be SO full. I honestly couldn’t even think about food for the rest of the day. I don’t know what it is about it 🤷
Don’t buy ones with sugar (bread and butter for example). The extra sodium and vinegar will help with the diet. I haven’t read too far into the pickle and spam thing myself but I assume it still involves a good bit of fasting, and extra sodium is always good for long fasts.
Just need to find a ones which doesnt have carbs, i usually tend to go to Arab shops or any eastern European food shops that has imported pickles, those ones are ussually more close to homemade and doesnt have sugars.
