I read through the FAQ and quite a few other thread, and goog search. I get that it has high fat and salts, low carb but, other than that why this dish? Is it just a convenience thing? I would think doing a fast or omad lifestyle, you’d want to do some cleaner foods than spam and mayo. Fish, eggs, avocado, certain nuts, etc all seem like better choices? Just curious on if theres a something else behind this recipe. Thanks!
Follow-up question, why the high salts as well? Already getting a good DV with the snake juice, why all the extra with the meals? I seem to see a lot of nutritional research saying a low-mod diet of salt is probably better. Educate me!
