Hi guys, this question might sound silly but you never know these days so I’m just double-checking. I’m doing a 16:8 and I like to drink tea in the morning but I’m not sure if this fruit tea that seems to have 1 cal will break my fast. Any help?
The calorie isn’t the issue, but the body response can be. Others here have explained it many times over in any artificial sweetened drink question.
Calorie wise, I think 10 is the magic number.
I personally drink mint/green tea blend outside of eating windows.
