I am alright going days without food but a cup of black tea + milk + brown sugar has been a part of my daily routine for a long time. Is it possible for me to have one cup of tea everyday and nothing else to still stay in ketosis and burn fat?

You may want to try that black tea with heavy cream + monk fruit sweetener (you can find it in Costco). Its pretty good! Not exactly the same but very close. I don’t miss sugar at all anymore
