Doing a 10 day water fast, day 3 today, having a really hard time getting rid of the evening Heineken, so, does a small beer really makes a difference ?
It makes 150 kcal difference, not much if you are able to stick to your 10 day eating restriction. I think it’s going to make it harder as you will be in ketosis, then out for a very small time as the alcohol is processed and then the carbs.
Why don’t you let us know how it goes and if you are able to stick to the fast+1beer a day. I think it will make it harder but if your goal is just to lose weight, the calories from a single beer is not much.
