Will anti-fungal medicine make it too risky to fast for 72 hours?

I’m on quite a high dose of fluconazole and I’m worried how the interaction with my liver will go when I try to fast for 72 hours. Since both have some sort of affect on liver enzymes, not sure how risky this is.

I normally loathe the “reddit isn’t a doctor” comments, since they’re offered to people with questions that normal people can and should discuss. The idea that non-doctors shouldn’t discuss any medical/health issues at all is dumb. But in this case . . . Yeah. Reddit isn’t a doctor.
