I don’t think sugar free ones will, but I’ve always grown up with a fact that chewing gum makes you hungry faster, because your brain thinks you’re eating and will later realise it’s not food, making you feel hungry much faster
Depends on your definition of breaking a fast. If you are fasting to lower insulin, chewing even sugar free gum will cause your body to secrete insulin, so is not compatible with IF in the vein of “The fasting method” style fasting. It’s important to remember people here follow different methods of fasting with different ideas and different goals so you will get different answers.
