I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis in 2010 and have been fasting since 2011 and doing Dry Fasting about 3 weeks. About 2 years ago I had a camera up my you know what and they said it was looking really good.
I’ve been off Azathioprine 5 months now because I’m having tattoos removed and Azathioprine is an immunosuppressive drug, I feel amazing.
I do OMAD and every 5 days I do a 2 day dry fast.
