I’ve been having a terrible diet. I’ve been addicted to sugar for so long, and that’s lead to me having terrible brain fog. It’s also messed up my dopamine receptors. I want to fast for 30-36 hours once a week (would do more but I’m an athlete so it’s hard as I train for multiple hours in a day every day).
Would this help my brain fog and inflammation?
a balanced and consistent routine will lead to the elmination of brain fog. Id do some 20:4s or omads for a week, with cleaner less processed food. the body is incredibly resilient but it takes routine and consistency for change. Good Luck!!!
