It would be helpful to note how much you weigh now and your height and activity level. Having said that, you will probably want to eat more than that, and maybe try replacing some of those carbs with more protein.
If you burn more calories than you eat, you will lose weight. Carb count is fine. If you do a big caloric deficit, and lose the weight, then go back to eating a much higher amount of calories, you will gain it back. You must slowly reintroduce caloric intake as your basal metabolic rate will drop on a very low cal diet - intermittent fasting may help reduce the muscle loss alongside fat loss on high caloric deficit because it stimulates growth hormone - it’s best to do weight training to maintain muscle on a very low calories diet -
