Hi, I’ve been doing IF since Aug with great results. But I’m sluggish in the morning and want to take something similar to ‘5 Hour Energy’ or similar. Stacker2 B12 is calorie free. Wondering if anyone knows if taking this during my 18 hour fast will break the fast? Thanks a lot!
