i feel like most of the results ive seen are from weeks of fasting so im not sure
-Short answer: Yes, if you don’t over eat during you next eating period.
-Losing weight isn’t as simple single since everyone has different, change and loss will take time and continuous effort, but if you feel sick and in pain doing your fast, please cut it Short
-The best anyone can do is watch their diet outside of fasting and sleep. High energy/cleaner food would be a big help
-There is also such thing as eating outside of your ethnic background. Like not everyone will efficiently trive in an high carb American diet (not alot can actually)
If anything else fail or you feel like you need someone to gide you a bit, you can entertain the idea of asking a dietitian/nutritionist about that.
Most that seems to lose weight “better” are going the more draconian route, There is not problem in going the simpler way, i usually do the 13/16h fast
and for my work i was walking upward to 10 hours.
Eating once at 3 PM and the other at 11h50 PM because i didn’t have the time to eatSURE, i was losing weight, but by the time that i went back home i was feeling dizzy, weak and really hungry
Long fasting require low physical and mental effort. possibly not working. And quality diet for when you are outside of fasting
