If you’re saying that you gained a couple of pounds by eating junk food over the course of 3 days I would question how much of that is actual fat and how much is just inflammation due to unhealthy food choices.
You could fast to help with the inflammation and gain some of the additional benefits of fasting, but you could also just go back to eating healthy food choices and likely see similar improvements.
If you’ve been making healthy choices for months, a few days doesn’t undo all that hard work, the same way that if you’ve been making unhealthy choices for months a few days of fasting doesn’t fix everything.
you really need to understand yourself why do you think this emotional impulse happened
was that diet sustainable, do you think your mind rebelled itself to it
fasting can help you a bit to clear your mind but the problems will still be around after the fast
