Was worried that the weight I may lose will be more muscle than fat.
I’d suggest eating for a 6 or 8 hour window. Gives you the chance to eat a better variety of foods and not try to shove a sustainable amount of calories in your body at one sitting. Harder for your body to digest, especially if you are doing it at night.
I’m doing OMAD with 30 min cardio and 20min dumbbells every other day. I’m over 300 but losing 4-5 pounds a week. I’m sure I’m losing some muscle through not carrying 400lbs anymore but my arm strength and leg endurance has gone up. Went from struggling to use 5lb weights to struggling to use 15lb ones. Also thinking I need to go to 40 on cardio because I’m only sweating a little bit whereas I was drenching myself before.
