woosh- effect happened for the first time!

Ive tried IF before and never really saw progress. Unfortunately im one of those “instant gratification” people so if im not seeing progress i get discouraged.

This is the longest ive done IF (3 weeks OMAD). I was at 175lb (@ 5’11” F) for almost the whole time. I dropped down to 171lb in the first week but that was probably just less water/waste retention .

I was getting discouraged again but decided to not quit this time. This morning i woke up and i was 167.8lb! I am still eating OMAD, not calorie counting but being calorie mindful. The only difference is i upped from 2ltr of water a day to 4+ltr.

Im so excited! The 170-171lb was definitely a stall for me and i think i broke it (:

Great job!! Must feel amazing that you didn’t give up. The water increase is encouraging. I’ve lately been at a standstill the past two weeks and it might be a decrease in water for me too. I am prone to kidney stones and I know I currently have one so there is the proof of that! Keep at it! OMAD is hard for me but so many do so well with it. Keep on truckin’!!!
