Working From Home & Fasting

Since I moved home I just cannot get a routine down for a successful few days of fasting. Too easy access to food, different routines with work.

Are there any success stories for WFH and IF?

It’s a lot harder, that’s for sure. When I did it successfully for weight loss, not having my own food close by and having to leave the building to buy lunch was a huge help. At home, you just gotta get into the mindset that during the fasting hours food just isn’t an option.

It’s getting easier over time. I am on my 4th week of ADF and herbal tea helps me a lot. I just make a fresh cup every hour or two and don’t stop drinking tea during the whole day while working. It fills my stomach, smells great and helps me with hunger pangs.

I have such an easy time wfh. I absolutely would have such a hard time in the office and doing IF. I have black coffee when I wake up, work out, shower, drop kid off at school, get busy with work and then eat around 12 or 1. I have coffee all morning and switch to decaf at noon so I can sleep at night.

I dropped all my extra weight (about 45) and have kept it off. My husband dropped 50 too. Same thing.
