Ive done several 4 and 5 day dry fasts on my feet/working in a restaurant for 4 to 5 days at a time. Sometimes with doubles painting and roofing. Ive been fasting with different variations for a year so Im alittle adapted
I only Intermittent dry-fast when i’m doing work. I try to eat in a 2hr window during the morning. I usually don’t get hungry until evening and then i just go to sleep or exercise.

For dryfasts over 24 hrs i start thursday night and continue until sat-/sun-/mon-day.
I can do dryfasts during normal work but after day 1 it lessens my focus, and the quality of my work.
