When fasting do you work out? And when/if you work out what do you do?
Yes, I do everything from intense exercise to low impact like walking. I have been fasting for many years though so you need to work your way up.
Start with gentle exercise and see how your body reacts, everyone is different. If you get light headed, dizzy, too hot or cold stop immediately.
I don’t know if this is considered “working out” but I stand all day while working instead of sitting at my desk = about 7.5 hours of standing. And if I’m waiting for something to load on the pc, ill walk lightly back and forth.
